1. Our products are sold for novelty only and are NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. By creating an account at this store you certify that you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions, Shipping & Returns, and our Privacy Policy. This store takes no responsibility for damage or bodily harm that might occur from misuse of products sold on this store. Since Bath Salts and Herbal Blends are not designed for human consumption we will not sell products to anyone if we suspect they are being purchased for human consumption or other recreational use.
2. You must be 18 years or older to register and order from this store. All products sold on this store are sold and intended for use by individuals 18 years or age or older. Buyer understands that by submitting an order to this store via the electronic processes here-in, buyer affirms they are at least 18 years of age.
3. NO EXCEPTIONS! Buyer agrees that any herbs, herbal blends, bath salts, and or any other products by this store are legal to sell and/or purchase in your physical location or point of receipt of shipment. You agree to use our products for their intended purposes only. You waive without exception your right to hold this store liable in any way for the misuse of any products sold by this store. Under no circumstances will this store be liable to you or anyone else for any damages or injury caused by misuse or improper use of these products. Any and all damages, direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive, are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
4. IF YOU DO ACCIDENTALLY INGEST ANY OF THESE PRODUCTS, IT WOULD BE ADVISABLE TO SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION.
5. OUR PRODUCTS: Buyer understands that botanical potpourri products, bath salts, and other products on this store are offered for household use only and that these products are not intended for human consumption (i.e. oral consumption or inhalation of smoke/ hot vapors, etc.). If you as a Buyer have any medical concerns or questions regarding the use of herbs or herbal blends, bath salts or other products offered on this store please consult with a physician. Buyer agrees to take full responsibility and liability for any purchases made from Seller, Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller, its suppliers, employees, owners and agents for and against any and all losses, damages and expenses, including legal fees, which may result from the use, intended or otherwise, of any product provided by Seller. Buyer understands that Seller’s offer of any product is void where prohibited, and that it is Buyer's responsibility to check and abide by local, state/province and government laws and regulations in accordance with the use of any product provided through this store.
   • Buyer must be healthy with no pre-existing medical conditions whatsoever; and without any mental or emotional disability or impairment, and be capable of making decisions for yourself.
   • Buyer are not pregnant or nursing, have high blood pressure, heart or thyroid disease or taking MAO inhibitors, anti-depressants, or any other prescription drug.
   • Buyer clearly understands that this store makes no claims whatsoever as to the medicinal, psychological or physiological properties or effects of any products sold in this store.
6. ORDERING: If Buyer provides a billing address that does not match the billing address of a credit card, seller will not honor the card and the order will be voided. Orders must be in the buyer’s name and cannot be placed by third parties; if the name on a credit card does NOT match the name of the person placing the order, the order will be voided.
7. CREDIT CARD FRAUD: Fraudulent orders include, but are not limited to, orders placed using a credit card that is not yours or one which you do not have permission to use. The use of a parent’s or legal guardian's credit card by a minor without the consent of the parent or legal guardian is a crime. It may be classified as a felony. All such orders will be prosecuted by the seller to the fullest extent of the law. All financial responsibility including, but not limited to, attorney fees, court fees, fines and/or any other applicable fees shall be the full responsibility of the fraudulent party.
8. NO RETURNS: All sales are final.
