A: It depends. The more your order, the lower the price. If you are already a customer, simply send us an email telling us a little about your business and ask us to make you a wholesale customer. If you are not yet registered, please complete a wholesale customer application. A representative will contact you. Once you are an approved wholesale customer, you will be able to see your wholesale pricing discounts when you sign in.

Q: Order CANCELED?
Why did you guys CANCEL my order?

A: As with most canceled orders, you probably ordered a certain product, but you're living in a state where an ingredient in it is prohibited. That also makes it unlawful for us to ship to you there. It is our policy simply to void these orders. We promptly issue a refund request to your credit card, and then send out the dreaded cancel email. So where's the money you ask? Unfortunately, it can take two or three days for your money to post back to your account (only your CC company knows why). Obviously, the speed of which your Card company operates is beyond our control. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward providing you with another product that's legal in your area. Next time though, be sure to check the no-ship states list at the top of every product page before you check out.

Can my order be shipped to an address other than my billing address?

A: No, sorry. If your shipping address does not match the address on your credit card we cannot accept your order.

Q: Discreet Packaging
I don't want anybody knowing what is in my package. Will my package be marked in any way?


A: No, our customer's privacy is important to us. We ship all products in unbranded carrier packaging (i.e. USPS mailer) The package return label is from Dynamic Distribution. There are no external markings that identify the package contents. The only way your boss or your spouse will find out what's in it is if they open it!

Q: Express Shipping
If I pay for Express Shipping, will I get my package tomorrow?

A: It depends. Express Shipping Orders receive the highest priority in our Shipping Dept. which operates during normal business hours 9am-5pm Mon-Fri MST. We do not ship on weekends. Orders (Express or otherwise) received after 3:00pm MST weekdays may not be shipped until the following business day. This means that sometimes Express Shipping may not be the most practical choice. Please understand, if it is after 3:00pm MST on a Friday when you check out, your order may not leave our warehouse until Monday anyway. So the earliest you'll get it is Tuesday. Obviously "Express Shipping" cannot and does not mean "Next Day" in this or similar cases with orders placed on weekends or holidays.

Q: Tracking Numbers
Why doesn't my tracking number work?

A: Please understand that the the United States Postal Service does not offer point-by-point tracking for first class mail. Obviously, this is beyond our control. The tracking number you received is the number the USPS provides to us that indicates their receipt and eventual delivery confirmation. You can expect your package in 3 to 5 days. If you require point-by-point tracking please choose Express Mail.

Q: Delivery Time
How long will it take to get my order?

A: Orders received prior to 3pm MST M-F are shipped that day. Orders received after 3pm are shipped the following business day. If you choose First-class Mail your order can take 3 to 5 days to reach you. If you choose Express Mail, in most cases it takes 2 business days or less depending on where you live.

Q: Where are My Wicked Points?
I just placed an order, why didn't I get any wicked reward points?

A: Chances are, you redeemed some of your reward points with that order. In other words, you don't get more points on orders when you're already getting a discount by redeeming points. Points are only awarded on orders where you pay the advertised price.

Q: PENDING Status?
I paid you, WHY is my order still pending?

A: Each and every order is reviewed and double-checked by human eyes. Primarily because of the rapidly changing laws, we have to pay close attention to the "Ship to" location. Whether you realize it or not, laws are changing daily, with regard to ingredients. On top of that, a lot of customers overlook the list of banned states; or even attempt place an order hoping that we'll ignore the ban. Well, we don't. That can also bog things down for everyone else.



So that's why your order is pending. After we OK the "Ship-to" location for each of the day's orders, the status is updated to "PROCESSED" and then to "SHIPPING." The amount time it takes to update varies depending on the number of orders in the queue. Rest assured, we get them done as quickly as we can. Oh, and BTW, emailing us 10 times won't help get it to you any faster! You know who you are... ;)
